Sinful Pie
Truly sinful and rich - this was Aunt Annie Belle Bellia's (far right) and a favorite of all the aunts and uncles during the 1970's and 1980's.

Crust: Ingredients / Steps
1 cup plain flour
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 package instant vanilla pudding and 1 cup of milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding and 1 cup of milk
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
2 tbsp sweet cocoa powder (optional for decoration)
Steps to Finish
1 cup plain flour
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
- Mix and spread on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Bake 20 minutes in 350° F oven. Let cool.
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup whipping cream
- Cream together and spread on crust.
1 package instant vanilla pudding and 1 cup of milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding and 1 cup of milk
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
2 tbsp sweet cocoa powder (optional for decoration)
Steps to Finish
- Mix each pudding with milk separately.
- Spread puddings alternately on cream cheese first layer.
- Spread whipping cream on top. If you want, you can sprinkle some cocoa powder to make it fancy!
- Chill and cut into squares.
