Truly sinful and rich - this was Aunt Annie Belle Bellia's (far right) and a favorite of all the aunts and uncles during the 1970's and 1980's.

Crust:
1 cup plain flour
1 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans
  1. Mix one spread on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.  Bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.  Let cool.
First Layer:
1 cup confectioner's sugar
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup whipping cream
  1. Cream together and spread on pastry.
Second Layer:
1 package instant vanilla pudding and 1 cup of milk
1 package instant chocolate pudding and 1 cup of milk
1/2 cup whipping cream (whipped)
2 tbsp sweet cocoa powder (optional for decoration)
  1. Mix each pudding with milk separately.  
  2. Spread pudding alternately on first layer.
  3. Spread whipping cream on top.  If you want, you can sprinkle some cocoa powder to make it fancy!
  4. Chill and cut into squares.
