Spiced Nuts
This recipe is from my nephew, Mike.   He loves it made with pecans!

3 cups of whole nuts
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 egg white (unbeaten)
​1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp water
  1. Mix all ingredients except nuts together.
  2. Then cover nuts with the mixture.  
  3. Place on greased cookie sheet and cook at 325 degrees until crisp.
