- Mix everything - except shrimp, rice, green onion, and sesame seeds - in a frying pan. Heat it all on medium high for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously until it thickens.
- Add shrimp to the mixture and cook about 3 or 4 more minutes until the shrimp is done. Keep stirring or the whole mess will stick.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
- Serve over rice. Sprinkle green onions on top.
