Spicy Curry Aioli

From The Lost Pecan Resort & Spa cookbook by David Hurlock.  This is great with grilled shrimp or fish.  Heck, just slap some on a burger for pure heaven.

Ingredients - Makes 1 cup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 & 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 to 3/4 tbsp Madras curry powder (or any will do)
​1 pinch cayenne pepper (sprinkled on top to garnish)
Steps
  1. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice with a whisk.
  2. Add garlic and curry powder.  Continue to whisk until uniform in texture.
  3. Serve aioli in a small bow or directly on top of food.  Garnish with a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
