From The Lost Pecan Resort & Spa cookbook by David Hurlock. This is great with grilled shrimp or fish. Heck, just slap some on a burger for pure heaven.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 & 1/2 tbsp lemon juice 2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 to 3/4 tbsp Madras curry powder (or any will do) 1 pinch cayenne pepper (sprinkled on top to garnish)
