Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

gluten free / vegan

Ingredients - Makes 3/ 4 cup
3/4 cup rice vinegar
1 & 1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup sugar
Steps
  1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a small saucepan.
  2. Cook on medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Increase heat to medium high, stir and let boil for 5 - 10 minutes until the mixture becomes like syrup.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
