Ingredients - Makes 3/ 4 cup
3/4 cup rice vinegar
1 & 1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup rice vinegar

Steps
- Combine all of the sauce ingredients into a small saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Increase heat to medium high, stir and let boil for 5 - 10 minutes until the mixture becomes like syrup.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
