Some people say "iced" tea, but I think if you are from the Deep South, you will say "ice" tea. I do. In the South, if you ask for sweet tea, it will be ice tea - always!

- Boil water in a saucepan. Put in 5 or 6 teabags of your choice. Remove from heat and let stand to cool a bit for about 30 minutes.
- Remove tea bags, pour into a large pitcher with more water. Sweeten with sugar to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve over ice with a lemon slice.
