Swiss Baked Cauliflower

This recipe was given to me by a Texas friend, Suzie Martin. My husband requests it often! It's super easy!
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower or 1/2 head broccoli and 1/2 head cauliflower
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 & 3/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 & 1/2 cups half & half
3 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 large head cauliflower or 1/2 head broccoli and 1/2 head cauliflower
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 & 3/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 & 1/2 cups half & half

1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Steps
- Wash cauliflower; discard leaves; break into flowerlets. Cook, covered for 10 minutes in a small amount of water.
- Drain cauliflower and place in buttered 1 & 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients, (except butter, bread crumbs, and Parmesan cheese), and pour over cauliflower.
- Drizzle butter over top, then sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
