Three Cheese Macaroni
This is NOT your grandma's mac & cheese!
Ingredients
1 pound macaroni pasta
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
3 tbsp butter
1 & 1/2 cups half & half
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt & pepper to taste
1 pound macaroni pasta
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

1 & 1/2 cups half & half
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt & pepper to taste
Steps
- Cook macaroni pasta until al dente (still a little firm), not soggy. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Butter a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Put drained macaroni into the dish and stir in the butter.
- Next stir in all the cheeses and mix together well.
- In a small bowl, stir together half & half, nutmeg, salt, pepper, & cayenne pepper. Pour mixture over pasta and stir.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 400° F or until lightly browned.
