Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp salt
14 tsp paprika
1 can cream of chicken soup (see homemade substitute)
snipped chives
hot, cooked noodles
​1/2 c minced onion
1/4 c butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c sour cream
Steps
  1. Brown ground beef in pan and drain.
  2. Saute' onion and garlic in butter.
  3. Stir in browed beef, salt, pepper, mushrooms, flour, and paprika.
  4. Saute' for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with chives.
  6. Serve over fresh, hot noodles.
