Fast Pizza Crust

Love this!  You can use the same recipe for focaccia bread too!  
IngredientsMakes 2 crusts
3 & 1/2 cups flour

1 package dry yeast (instant)
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 cups warm water (around 112° F)
3 tbsp olive oil
Suggestions for Sauces - tomato sauce is great, but try something different once in awhile!!
Chipotle Sauce  - gf

Steps
  1. Stir together:  flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl or in the bowl of a stand mixer.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, stirring until the dough forms itself into a ball-shape.  If it doesn't, add more water - 1 tbsp at a time.
  3. Place remaining tablespoon of oil into a clean bowl.  Put the dough into the bowl and turn to coat with oil.  Cover with a dish towel and set into a warm place out of drafts for about 30 minutes to an hour - until double.
  4. Divide dough into two pieces and shape into pizza crust on floured surface.  Let rest for about 10 minutes, then add favorite toppings.
  5. Once you have added toppings - cook at 425° F for about 12 - 15 minutes.  If cheese is one of your toppings,  check often until cheese is bubbly, but not burned.
