Irish Coffee

My sister-in-law, Jane, and I had a little time period of drinking these in the 80's. 

​1 & 1/2 oz  Irish whiskey
sugar
hot coffee
whipped cream

1. Pour whiskey into coffee up.  
2. Pour hot coffee on top and stir in sugar to taste.
3. Top with whipped cream.
4. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, or nutmeg.
