Easy and delicious chocolate, marshmallow, and nut candy!

Ingredients - Makes about 4 dozen.
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate 1 tablespoon butter 2 eggs 1 and 1/4 cups confectioner's (powdered) sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups salted peanuts (I like to use the food processor.) 2 cups miniature marshmallows |
Steps
- Melt chocolate pieces, chocolate square, and butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Mix in the sugar, salt, and vanilla. Slowly blend in the chocolate mixture.
- Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill for 2 hours or until firm in refrigerator. Store in refrigerator and remove just before serving.
