Lemon - Orange Vinaigrette

Salads

1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 egg
juice of 1 lemon
1 & 1/2 cups orange juice
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
dash black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
2. Refrigerate if not using all immediately.  Keeps 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.​
